
Moving-on is a consultancy company was initiated by Ms. GRABUNDZIJA (French) - settle in Tunisia - who is an English and Arabic speaking gender and development/emergency professional and researcher (Ph.d. anthropology in gender studies), with more than 17 years in providing technical support, to State and non-State actors, in gender related fields, mainstreaming gender and transformative gender, tackling various issues such as related to the Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Discriminations Against Women (CEDAW) including women’s rights, Women, Peace and Security (WPS) including resolution of conflicts, sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV), food security and WASH such as in political/economic/health/education fields. Her experience mainly spans the Middle East (Egypt, Jordan, Libya, Lebanon, Iraq, Morocco, Sudan, Tunisia, and Yemen) in conflict, post-conflict or non-conflict settings. Maggy as a long-standing experience working for various international institutions such as EUD, UN agencies, international cooperation such as GIZ, International ONG such as Oxfam, CARE and national/local organisations.

Mr. Jean-Bilal SAADE (Franco-Lebanese) is a scholar in organizational sciences & human resource management at the University of Paris2-France and a visiting professor at the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik-Lebanon. Mr. SAADE is specialized in public administration reform, institutional building and the development of education system. He has 25 years of experience and for the last 16 years, he has worked as team leader and senior consultant in EuropeAid and Word bank projects centered on administrative reform, project management & project appraisal, capacity building and monitoring & evaluation in Lebanon and many Arab countries.With the following specific areas of expertise
- Assess & develop organizational structure
- Develop and implement reform projects
- Elaborate and manage Capacity Building plans (for institutions and individuals)
- Perform training in managerial skills
- Develop and implement modern HRM policies.
